SANG NEUF Malbec IGP OC
Sang Neuf is one of the estate's micro-cuvées. It comes from a single grape variety, the Malbec, and a single plot, the Combe Marie, located near the Causse above the Livinière, at an altitude of 400 meters.
Solar Malbec, powerful and complex, with very high concentration, 1,692 copies were produced in 2016.

From an old vine cultivated in organic farming and aged in American oak, it is an atypical wine with roundness, liquorice and spices.

ROSE PINEDE IGP OC
Rosé Pinède is a rosé made from Cinsault and Grenache Gris in direct pressing. Produced in very limited quantities (500 to 600 bottless / year), it is a rosé of thirst, on the fruit, keeping the slightly saline side of Grenache Gris. It is only available at the estate, for direct sale or as an accompaniment to our tapas in summer.
